Consultation -Weekly email check-ins between sessions for added support and accountability. A mapped-out strategy and action plan to move toward your goals.
Implementation – Email support will be available for the duration of your customised program. You won’t ever feel like you are on your own. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader!
